trustworthyict.inteco.es is an Internet domain property of Instituto Nacional de Tecnologías de la comunicación S.A. (hereinafter INTECO), state owned corporation, registered in the Secretary of State of Telecommunications and the Information Society, with CIF A24530735.
The use of the Web Site implies the express and full acceptance of the conditions state herein, without prejudice to the particular conditions that could apply to specific services offered through the website.
INTECO reserves the right to modify the conditions for use and any other particular conditions with no prior warning.
Intellectual property of the contents of the Web Site
All elements in the Web Site, including its structure, design and source code are property of INTECO and are protected by the intellectual and industrial property regulations.

INTECO commits to comply with the personal data protection regulations and legislation as regards the personal data supplied by the users of the Web Site. In addition, the said data will be treated confidentially.
